• Analytics and reporting services
• Email marketing solutions

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is due according to the agreed timeline in your service contract
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Currency exchange rates (if applicable) are determined at the time of invoice

We strive to provide reliable services, however:

• Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We provide support during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed
• Emergency support may be available for critical issues as defined in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in individual service contracts

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dev.search.systems and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information:

• We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without consent
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements
• We may disclose information when required by law or court order
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our services

Either party may terminate services:

• With notice as specified in your service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees
• Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred before termination, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation if direct negotiations fail
• Arbitration or court proceedings in South Africa as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will:

• Provide notice of significant changes via email or website announcement
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Allow a reasonable period for you to review changes
• Consider continued use of services as acceptance of updated terms
